Repeat Infringer Policy.

HAW respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, HAW has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, the account of any users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. HAW may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to this Website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others (regardless of whether there is any repeat infringement).

Trademarks.

Honoring America’s Warriors logo, the name Honoring America’s Warriors, the HAW initials, trademarks of HAW, its corporate partners, licensors, or other respective owners, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of HAW or the applicable trademark holder. You may not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” using “Honoring America’s Warriors,” the HAW initials, or any other name, trademark or product or service name of HAW without our prior written permission.

Donations.

Any Website user may become a donor (“Donor”) by pledging a donation to HAW by using the donation tool on this Website. You acknowledge and agree that you are under no obligation to become a Donor or to pledge a donation and that you will be solely responsible for any decision to become a Donor. You understand that your contribution is being made to HAW, that HAW has exclusive legal control over all donations. In the event that you make a donation pledge, you will be required to provide credit card or other payment information at the time of the pledge. You represent and agree that all payment information you provide to HAW will be true, accurate, current and complete and that you will update such payment information as necessary to maintain such information as true, accurate, current and complete. In the event that your payment cannot be processed due to inaccurate payment information, insufficient funds, or any other reason, you agree to immediately provide HAW with alternative payment information to fulfill your donation pledge. You acknowledge and agree that all donations are final and will not be returned, in whole or in part. 

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

To “Join the Warrior Nation”, including using any device, software or routine to bypass our robot exclusion headers; (11) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law; (12) “stalk” or otherwise harass another; (13) post Connect Content that, in HAW’s sole judgment, may endanger or otherwise affect HAW’s tax exempt status, including but not limited to content on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office, and content that contains propaganda or that otherwise attempts to influence legislation; and/or (14) collect or store any data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs (1) through (14) above.

If you believe that anything on the Website infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, you may file a notification of such infringement with our Designated Agent as set forth below.
