Until Valhalla Events:
Max Squat: Last Person Standing
A starting weight will be established by the competitors at the beginning of this event. The bar weight will jump 20lb at a time for women, 50lbs at a time for men. Lifters will repeat this cycle until no competitors remain
Bench Press for Reps:
Women will bench 50% of their bodyweight for reps. Men will bench 100% of their bodyweight for reps
Axle Bodyweight Deadlift: Maximum Repetitions
Women will deadlift 150lbs for reps, Men will deadlift 250lbs for reps. Maximum repetitions within one minute. (Sumo and Conventional allowed)
A starting weight will be established by the competitors at the beginning of this event. Lifters will carry weight approximately 30 yards (15 yards down, around cone, and back)
Lifters will flip a tire (weight to be determined) 60 feet (20 yards) within a one minute time limit.
Up Armored Military Humvee Pull for Distance: (Timed)
Lifters will be given a body harness and pulling rope. The lifter will pull the Humvee 25 yards
***Alternate Push/Pull Event: Power-Sled Push/Pull (Timed)
Women will push 165lbs Power-Sled, Men will push 225lbs Power-Sled...Both men & women will push the sled 60 feet (20 yards) and then pull sled back 60 feet (20 yards) for best time
***NOTE: Alternate Push/Pull Event is only a backup event in the instance something happens with the HUMVEE
